Terms of service
Last updated September 30, 2026
These terms cover any project you order from Three/Four, a kitchen rendering studio in New York. By sending a project through the intake form or paying for a package, you agree to them. Questions go to threequarterinterior@gmail.com.
What we make
We create photoreal renders of your kitchen from the photos, measurements and notes you provide. Renders are visual illustrations for planning and selling a project. They are not construction documents, engineering drawings or a guarantee of what can be built. Measurements must be verified on site before anything is ordered or built.
Renders are only as accurate as the information we receive. If measurements are missing or wrong, we will use standard sizes and our best judgment, and corrections after delivery may count as a revision round.
Packages and revisions
- Quick Look ($175): 1 render, 1 round of revisions
- Remodel Pack ($395): 3 renders, 2 rounds of revisions
- Pro Presentation ($750): 5 renders + plan, 3 rounds of revisions
A revision round is one set of changes to the direction you chose, sent together in one message. New angles, a different layout, or a different room after the concept stage are new work, and we will quote them before starting. Unused revision rounds expire 60 days after delivery.
Payment and timing
Prices are in US dollars and paid up front through a Square payment link. Include your reference number with your payment so we can match it to your project. Work starts once payment is received; concepts arrive within 24 hours of payment and finished renders within the time listed for your package. Delivery times are counted in business days when we are waiting on information from you.
On-site measuring in New York City is available for an additional fee, scheduled after you start a project.
Refunds
Using the renders
- Once your package is paid in full, you may use the renders for your project and in your own marketing: proposals, presentations, your website, social media and print, without crediting us.
- Designers and contractors can ask for white-label delivery without our name on the files.
- You may not resell the renders as stock images or claim that you created them.
- We may show renders in our portfolio only with your permission.
What you send us
You confirm you have the right to share the photos, plans and brand materials you upload, and that we may use them to make your renders. Your photos are stored privately; see the privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for construction, purchasing or other decisions made based on a render.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you pay applies to your project.
